Thought we would have to rent a vehicle for the weekend waiting on a parts for repair. Got our rental on Friday but was able to turn it in the same day. Part arrived early and they got us out the door before closing time!
I have had my car serviced at Payne Chevrolet for years and the service department crew is exceptional. After purchasing my car on Tuesday I can say the same for the sales staff. This was my first new car purchase and the Payne team made it an easy and enjoyable process. Everyone including my salesperson, finance department and tech support was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Payne Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a car or maintain the life of their current vehicle.
My last experience with Payne Chevrolet was horrible. My car broke down at 40,000 miles and we had it towed to the dealership, however we never consented to having the vehicle serviced as we wanted to trade it in since we have had several issues with the vehicle. The Service Manager, Rick, was rude and disrespectful. My husband had called to speak with the Sales Department regarding trading the vehicle in and Brad informed us that he was told by Rick to 'stay out of it.' My husband told Rick several times we did not want the vehicle fixed since we were wanting to trade it in, he proceeded to fix it anyways. He actually had it fixed before we even knew what was wrong with it; he never called us to tell us what the problem was prior to fixing it. We never signed a repair order nor did we receive a quote on the cost of the repair. We are not happy with the customer service, well, lack thereof, from Payne Chevrolet and the staff. We will not be doing any more business with this dealership.
Always impressed by friendliness of all employees. Chase always calls me by name and asks how things are - yes, he was the one who sold me my car, but my car was not the most expensive! Just an ordinary csr sale was enough for him to remember my name. I noticed a plant in the waiting area. It was a plant in honor of Mr. Payne. I had no idea he had died. I will send a card but in the meantime, please convey my condolences.
OUTSTANDING JOB as always when it comes to the Service Department. I can ALWAYS count on my vehicles to be repaired the first time. Because of the service departments dedication to fixing our vehicles we remain true to Payne Chevrolet. Brandon Clark is an outstanding service adviser and Dale Murphy has to be the #1 salesperson at Payne!
