As always I love the people and how my experience. They are very accommodating and really care about there customers. I just wonder why I don’t receive coupons or discounts in the mail anymore. It used to be nice to receive discounts right around the time I was due for maintenance on my vehicle. It made it easier for me because I work 2 jobs and I’m very busy. I really love Payne Chevrolet and I recommend them to anyone I meet.

I actually purchased my carbon Bowling Green Ky at Leachman. Their service department was horrible to deal with. A friend recommended Payne and I have been hiking there for years now. Best service around.
The maintenance was not delayed. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was immediately greeted by a maintenance department representative, actually, I was 15 minutes early but they checked me in and immediately began working. Thirty minutes later, they had me ready to go. During my brief wait, the sales person I dealt with, Austin Wagnon, was briefed me on the operation of some of the vehicle electronic features. That was time well spent and I appreciated it.
