I actually purchased my carbon Bowling Green Ky at Leachman. Their service department was horrible to deal with. A friend recommended Payne and I have been hiking there for years now. Best service around.
The maintenance was not delayed. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was immediately greeted by a maintenance department representative, actually, I was 15 minutes early but they checked me in and immediately began working. Thirty minutes later, they had me ready to go. During my brief wait, the sales person I dealt with, Austin Wagnon, was briefed me on the operation of some of the vehicle electronic features. That was time well spent and I appreciated it.
As usual Rick Gentry and Bill went way out of their way to see I received excellent service. I stopped by with very little time left in their day just to check my tire pressure and ended up needing a new battery and a new headlight. They replaced both of those things also and made my experience great as usual. Hats off to all of them in the service department.
