Staci Kimball is the reason I bought the vehicle. She worked extremely hard to please me and find exactly what I wanted. Every detail was there on the truck as I had discussed with Staci. I am Deaf and Staci used the interpreter perfectly and that is immensely important to a Deaf person. Rick is a top notch service advisor. I am handicapped and he picked my truck up and dropped it back off to me after being fixed. Had to replace the cam and lifters on a bad 5.3 liter engine. GM should fix the problem that they know is wrong with these engines. Fuel management system causes lifter to stick and damage the motor.

Had a 1:30 appointment. Arrived a few minutes prior. My vehicle was taken in almost immediately and about 30 minutes later I was on the road. ISSUE do have an issue with the phone charging system in the fact it has not worked since I bought the vehicle new. With 10,000 miles now on the vehicle it appears GM or Payne should be finding out what the issues is and fix it. Was told that I am not the only one with this issue. Staff and service has always been good. I can live without this charger but it is something that needs to be fixed.

The repair of truck and oil change were fine. While checking out at the cashier I asked her how I received my rewards points and she said she didn’t know - that I could go over to the service department and they could help me. ( It was just a question!}. An older lady behind her said “we do not take care of that, we only collect payments. Then another lady in the office behind her (which I am guessing was the manager said we have nothing to do with that. I went back to the service department a a very personable fellow helped me. (He deserved a 10!!!). He said when the payment goes in points are credited automatically. It is beyond shocking to me that the person taking the payment doesn’t know that. I checked my payment information immediately when I got home because I have no faith in your cashier.

I went for routine check up fir oil change tire rotation, etc & Craig the Service Rep informed me that I had a recall on my 2022 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado at first my response was I didn't receive info regarding recall - later that day I got to thinking & if the recall was in the firm of a flyer I most likely discarded which I'm sorry for; Craig is always on top of his job & with customer's- He's an excellent humanitarian who truly care's about his customer's he's dedicated, loyal and always goes far greater than the extra mile!!! Major repairs to my Silverado transmission and normal maintenance was completed on time as estimated and I have seen the difference already. They also found a serious battery leak, that had no symptoms, and called me with a picture for may approval to replace the batery, saving me from the risk of further damage to my truck and the vehicle not starting in the near future. They also worked hard to have my exended warranty cover the transmission work.

I was pleased with the services done on this appointment. Unfortunately, we called a week after purchasing the vehicle for a tire light was on and it would not show all tire pressures. We were told that it should fix itself on its own and there was nothing to worry about. We found out on the service oil appointment that 2 sensors were out and it would be a few hundred to fix. I feel this should've been fixed free on our last visit. I do not understand why the gentleman my husband talked to didn't ask us to stop by when the light came on months ago. Especially after the price we are paying for the vehicle.

Brad Litchford was great to work with. I called him about a new truck I seen Payne had online. We live south of dealership about an hour and 45 mins away. When we got to the dealership Brad had the truck cleaned and pulled up front waiting on us. He was very detailed about the truck and put no pressure on us at all. We ended up buying the truck and also buying a new SUV for my wife the same day. One of the owners took time to answer a question we had. Great family atmosphere. I've never had anything but A1 A1 grade service from Payne Chevrolet from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you drive out. I've never had a problem. Service Department did a great job getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Even though I didn’t have an appointment for the emergency repair, they quickly worked my vehicle in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got my vehicle repaired. They also dealt with the extended warranty company for payment of the repair. All service members were extremely professional and easy to work with.

I was at Payne Brothers for an oil change and to have someone check my door locks which were not working properly. The oil change was done very quickly as usual, and then they started looking for the reason my doors would not automatically lock. After the Tech had completed his job he did find a wire that had been chewed into by a critter. I know that he had to remove several different parts in order to find this. I am very pleased to say that he did an excellent job in fixing the problem, but also in putting everything back together again. I’m very pleased to report no rattles no problems with anything and the lock is working great. Thanks to that Tech and the fine people at Payne brothers. Everything is working fine again.

To my knowledge, the oil change part went just fine However, it was absolutely unnecessary for the service rep to absolutely mess up my driver’s seat configuration to only drive into the bay 30 feet. He pulled it back and down and messed with a steer I’m 59 and it’s not like he’s 6 feet tall and it’s not like he needed to drive it around town only into the I still can’t find that sweet spot that I had for the position of my driver seat is absolutely unnecessary and it is the anticipation of thoughtfulness towards the client
