Rick is a top notch service advisor. I am handicapped and he picked my truck up and dropped it back off to me after being fixed. Had to replace the cam and lifters on a bad 5.3 liter engine. GM should fix the problem that they know is wrong with these engines. Fuel management system causes lifter to stick and damage the motor.

The repair of truck and oil change were fine. While checking out at the cashier I asked her how I received my rewards points and she said she didn’t know - that I could go over to the service department and they could help me. ( It was just a question!}. An older lady behind her said “we do not take care of that, we only collect payments. Then another lady in the office behind her (which I am guessing was the manager said we have nothing to do with that. I went back to the service department a a very personable fellow helped me. (He deserved a 10!!!). He said when the payment goes in points are credited automatically. It is beyond shocking to me that the person taking the payment doesn’t know that. I checked my payment information immediately when I got home because I have no faith in your cashier.

Had a 1:30 appointment. Arrived a few minutes prior. My vehicle was taken in almost immediately and about 30 minutes later I was on the road. ISSUE do have an issue with the phone charging system in the fact it has not worked since I bought the vehicle new. With 10,000 miles now on the vehicle it appears GM or Payne should be finding out what the issues is and fix it. Was told that I am not the only one with this issue. Staff and service has always been good. I can live without this charger but it is something that needs to be fixed.

Major repairs to my Silverado transmission and normal maintenance was completed on time as estimated and I have seen the difference already. They also found a serious battery leak, that had no symptoms, and called me with a picture for may approval to replace the batery, saving me from the risk of further damage to my truck and the vehicle not starting in the near future. They also worked hard to have my exended warranty cover the transmission work.

I was pleased with the services done on this appointment. Unfortunately, we called a week after purchasing the vehicle for a tire light was on and it would not show all tire pressures. We were told that it should fix itself on its own and there was nothing to worry about. We found out on the service oil appointment that 2 sensors were out and it would be a few hundred to fix. I feel this should've been fixed free on our last visit. I do not understand why the gentleman my husband talked to didn't ask us to stop by when the light came on months ago. Especially after the price we are paying for the vehicle.

Brad Litchford was great to work with. I called him about a new truck I seen Payne had online. We live south of dealership about an hour and 45 mins away. When we got to the dealership Brad had the truck cleaned and pulled up front waiting on us. He was very detailed about the truck and put no pressure on us at all. We ended up buying the truck and also buying a new SUV for my wife the same day. One of the owners took time to answer a question we had. Great family atmosphere. Would come back and buy from Brad again.
